Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets with a focus on 80% growth from existing customers and 20% from new business within Retail Convenience & Roadside Retail.
  • Lead Conversion: Pursue and convert new business leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to deliver tactical activities and maintain regular contact with key stakeholders.
  • Territory Management: Manage your territory effectively, ensuring frequent visits and excellent customer service.
  • Reporting: Share monthly business plans with the Sales Manager and use data to identify trends and actions.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond to customer enquiries promptly and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Product Knowledge: Continuously improve your product knowledge to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • ROI Management: Ensure maximum return on investment for all equipment placements in your territory.
