Job Role

The hiring landscape post pandemic has seen organisations and recruitment agencies looking to take advantage of globally mobile contractors whilst staying compliant. This has presented an opportunity for Workwell Global to increase its market share and work with more recruitment agencies and end hirers.

We are now looking to add a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to the team that is a dynamic results driven individual.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) your key responsibility will be to Drive growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business.This role will be a combination of inbound and outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, webinars, and assorted campaigns

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and contacting prospects with a view to breaking into new accounts
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set
  • Pipeline & CRM
  • Collaborating with your colleagues to reach collective team goals.
  • Meeting individual targets based on booked meetings and daily activities

Personal attributes & experience

  • Has excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Is eager to learn and is coachable
  • Is a self-starter, highly organised with a will to succeed and a passion to achieve
  • Active and empathetic listener
  • Comfortable cold calling with a confident telephone manner
  • Persuasive and persistent yet friendly and personable
  • Naturally comfortable building relationships
  • Willing and able to follow processes and carry out instructions
  • Driven and persistent, self-motivated and hungry to succeed in a high volume prospecting role

Experience

  • 1-2 years experience within a sales role
  • Experience cold calling
  • Must be able to work towards targets under pressure
  • Have previously successfully worked in a remote & distributed team

6 Month probation period with training support, office based in Moorgate

Salary : 30000 - 35000
