Revenue Generation: Drive the company’s business growth, aiming for £30 million in closed deals within one year. ? Market Expansion: Identify and secure opportunities in London's high-end residential and commercial sectors. ? Land and Planning: Lead initiatives in land acquisition, appraisal, and planning, ensuring seamless project integration. ? Process Optimization: Implement and refine sales processes to enhance prospecting, engagement, and deal closures. ? Strategic Insight: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to strengthen competitive edge.

Operational efficiency to ensure timely land delivery while mitigating risks. Educational & Professional Requirements ? Experience in a senior management or directorial role. ? Extensive expertise in land acquisition within private housebuilding. ? Comprehensive knowledge of legal, technical, and planning processes related to land acquisition. ? Established contact base within the designated region. ? Relevant degree or professional qualifications (or equivalent experience)
