Sales Director£70,000 - £90,000 + PackageRemote - UKElevation Sales division has partnered with a leading FM business to recruit a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director.The Sales Director will lead the Sales and Marketing teams in driving revenue growth organically and through acquisition of new clients and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.This role is pivotal to expanding market share, building lasting client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.If you are a high-performing Sales leader from a Facilities management background we want to hear from you!Experience & Skills required:Experience:• Proven experience in sales, preferably from associated FM industry sectors• Proven track record of success in new logo acquisition, cross-selling, and account management• Experience in leading, motivating, and mentoring a sales team to exceed targets• Ability to foster a results-oriented, collaborative, and high-performance culture• Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets• Strong experience with CRM systems, forecasting, and sales pipeline management• Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and sales methodologies• Ability to negotiate complex contracts and close high-value deals• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making• Strong organisational and project management skills
