• Salary - €90,000 - €100,000

Main Responsibilities as a Sales Director

• Identify and build relationships with top brands in France and across Europe to expand market presence.
• Engage key decision-makers responsible for significant Performance and Digital advertising budgets, establishing trust and interest in solutions.
• Successfully sell to complex, dynamic organisations across diverse industries, adapting to their unique structures and needs.
• Present solution-based pitches, understanding client budget allocations, market objectives, and performance metrics to secure long-term partnerships.
• Perform in-depth client research to strengthen outreach efforts and enhance the impact of each pitch.
• Promote product offerings and reinforce market position in the digital advertising space by representing the company.

Core Experience, Skills, and Requirements

• A self-starter with proven track record of success in previous roles
• 7-10+ years as a top performer in B2B enterprise sales
• Relationship-builder comfortable with a sales cycle of more than two months
• Search / pay per click / performance advertising market experience
