Your new companyI have recently partnered with a cloud-based SaaS start-up business to recruit a Sales Director to join thi small but rapidly growing business on a permanent basis. The business is a cloud-based, holistic compliance solution which delivers clear, consistent IR35 assessments. The platform combines the company's technical expertise with their hands-on experience working with multinational organisations to apply the rules, and with HMRC to develop the associated government guidance.Your new roleThe company is looking for an experienced Sales Director who has worked within the SaaS industry selling a product that can save businesses both time and money. They are seeking an individual who has worked within a start-up environment previously and will be comfortable being the first salesperson in the company. The ideal candidate will need to have experience of implementing a company-wide sales strategy and have worked with marketing to put together an overall commercial plan which they can then execute. This role will be responsible for the following:Develop overall strategies, define the blueprint for long term new business sales and profitability, ensuring the ability to adapt to industry and market conditionsSales Planning and Execution:
