Sales Engineer - FPR Group : Job Details

Are you a Sales Engineer looking for an exciting new career path? We are seeking a Sales Engineer with experience in the Compressed Air Industry or a Service Engineer looking to transition into sales.

In this role, you will build new customer relationships while maintaining existing ones. You will confidently specify equipment and manage new projects. Enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, and a drive for success are essential qualities for this position.

The basic salary is up to £30,000 per year, negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include a strong commission structure, offering 10% - 15% of the profits brought in, first year OTE is up to £49k. For the right person, there is an opportunity to grow within the company into a management position, eventually leading a team of salespeople.

This is a permanent position with a growing air compression business located in High Wycombe.
