• Support sales teams, distributors, and customers by responding to inquiries, managing quotes, and providing technical expertise.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of automation products and services.
• Participate in robust training programs to develop your skills and knowledge.
• Work closely with the Process Automation team to maintain high standards and deliver tailored solutions.

The Person:

• Engineering background
• Knowldege of Valves / Pipes / Instrumentation
• Exposure to technical sales or working closely with sales teams in a technical capacity.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• A desire to learn and grow into a specialist role within a global organisation.

The Role:

• Respond to customer, distributor, and sales inquiries through the Process Automation inbox.
• Generate quotes, confirm products, and assist in the smooth delivery of technical solutions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support technical sales activities and achieve company objectives.
• Provide technical expertise for the company's extensive product range, offering tailored solutions for customers.
• Participate in product training, supported by a global team and robust on boarding programs.
