Location: Commutable to Sheffield

Remuneration: £60,000 - £70,000 + bonus

Benefits: Fully expensed company car OR car allowance + benefits packageThe role of the Sales & Estimating Manager - Glazing Systems will involve:

• Sales & Estimating Manager position responsible for the overall sales and estimating team dealing with secondary glazing systems
• Managing and leading a team of Estimators & BDMs (4 reports)
• Providing training and support to enhance the teams skills while identifying new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships
• Involved in site surveys to collate accurate information for quoting purposes
• Overseeing project pipeline and provide regular sales updates
• Assisting with lead generation through the company database and cold calling
• Utilising bespoke software to produce accurate estimates
• Work closely with the Marketing, Design, Manufacturing, Operations and Finance teams
• Working on projects ranging in value from £10k - £5m

The ideal applicant will be a Sales & Estimating Manager - Glazing Systems experience with:

• Must be from a Sales Manager or Estimating Manager background within the construction industry
• Ideally will have experience with glazing systems or a technical related product background such as: windows, window hardware, architectural glazing, glazing, windows & doors
• High levels of attention to detail, leadership and people management skills
• Excellent planning and organisation skills
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
• Full UK driving license
