A leading Insurance company are looking for new Sales Executives in their West-Midlands office to join their growing team

- West-Midlands Office with thousands of free parking spaces for easy access.
- Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
- Annual salary is up to £28,000 plus an uncapped bonus scheme.
- We have a 6-month ongoing structured training programme and a dedicated training team to ensure you have all the support you need to be successful
A bit about the job:
In this role you will be helping a variety of small to medium size businesses find insurance policies that meet their needs. You will speak to new and existing customers who have made an appointment to discuss their insurance (there is no cold calling) and use your communication skills to build a rapport, gather the right information to understand their needs and help them find the right insurance policy, supporting them and providing excellent customer service along the way.
You might need to balance multiple tasks at the same time, utilise a range of systems and will work in a flexible, friendly, agile team.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Previous sales experience is required, but you do not need insurance experience. We provide full training which covers everything from our product range to our phone system
- We are looking for candidates who are passionate about providing outstanding customer service, this means that you put the customer first and take pride in the quality of your work
- We hire great people from lots of different backgrounds. Some of our Customer Service Sales Advisors had experience of working for other insurance companies or in call centres before joining us, but lots of our colleagues join us from jobs within retail, hospitality, care, education, or sales and share our passion for helping people
- Qualifications are not essential, but you will be able to perform basic maths tasks, use IT systems and have a keen eye for detail
- You will enjoy speaking to people and will use your outstanding communication skills to speak openly and expertly on the phone to customers. You will be able to build strong rapport and take a genuine interest in their needs
- Great team working skills, we work together to help our customers, share ideas to help each other and have lots of fun working together!
