Salary:£28,000 with OTE of £35000+

Location: Hybrid Working

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team and help us continue our growth trajectory.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential business clients within our industry. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, allowing you to balance office and remote work environments.

Key Responsibilities:

oConduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients

oIdentify and qualify sales opportunities through effective communication and needs analysis.

oBuild and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.

oPresent and explain the benefits of our services in a clear and compelling manner.

oGenerate warm leads and qualify them to an opportunity to close and sign up to our service.

oCollaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to satisfied client.

oMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

oMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

oStay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

oProven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar outbound calling role.

oExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

oSelf-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

oProficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

oAbility to adapt to a hybrid working environment, balancing office and remote work effectively.

oStrong organizational and time management skills.

oA proactive and resilient attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
