Job Title: Sales Executive

Salary: £20,000 to £27,000 (Commission OTE £12,000+)

Location: Birmingham Business Park

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a Sales Executive for a fantastic broker company. The company requires someone who is confident and able to build relationships. This role would be a crucial role within the business so someone who is dedicated focused and able to work well under pressure is ideal.

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify new leads, being the first point of contact
• Booking viewings
• Taking feedback and negotiating pricing
• Following up on warm leads (website enquiries)
• Answering calls and following up on emails and enquiries
• Maintaining a professional relationship with all prospective clients

The Candidates' Requirements:

• Experience in a B2B sales role (desirable)
• Excellent commercial awareness
• Immaculate presentation, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft 365
• Understanding of Anti-Bribery, Anti-Money Laundering and overall compliance
