Due to ongoing growth, they’re looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join their team.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal communication and active listening
- Proven phone presence with experience making multiple calls daily
- Patience, time management, and task prioritisation
- CRM system experience
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong numeracy skills for accurate sales calculations
***Must have experience with coldcalling and telesales***
About the Role:
- Sell services via phone, email, and online channels
- Support field-based Business Development Managers
- Upsell products and services
- Research and identify new leads
- Develop new sales opportunities through cold emails, cold calls, and follow-ups
- Maintain and improve the prospect database
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate BDM for further development and closure
- Close sales and meet targets
- Maintain and expand a prospect database within assigned territories
- Collaborate with channel partners to build a pipeline and close deals
