Job Description
- Handling incoming emails and calls from customers
- Supporting the Account Management team In building and maintaining good relationships with our customers,
- Keying an assortment of orders and quotes of varying difficulty, quickly and accurately.
- Upselling and cross selling our products to customers.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
- Working towards team and company targets.

- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
