Sales Executive

This is an exciting new opportunity for a full time Sales Executive to join a company based in Chelmsford on a permanent basis. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm. This is a hybrid role with free parking on site.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Responsible for driving sale performance through proactive sales activity with existing customers
• Working with the Sales team to develop sales strategies to achieve business growth and meet sale targets
• Maintaining strong working relationships with existing clients to understand their needs
• Managing client meetings to identify additional sales opportunities
• Researching and recording sale activity and updates on potential new clients using the CRM database
• Preparing sale reports, presentations and proposals, analysing information weekly to highlight to the management team
• Monitoring competitor activity and researching industry trends and market conditions
• Liaising and supporting internal teams with ad hoc tasks to ensure business projects are being delivered

To be successful for this position, you must have previous sales experience and be highly organised with strong attention to detail. You must be an excellent communicator with a professional telephone manner, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels. You should also be proficient using CRM software and Microsoft packages.

This opportunity will pay you a salary of 40k (on-target earnings of 80k per annum). Other benefits include 24 days holiday, plus healthcare and pension scheme on completion of 3-month probation.
