The Opportunity
- Our client is looking to employ an additional Account Executive to join their team in the West Midlands or surrounding area
- This is a unique opportunity to develop a career in the commercial insurance market.
- This role will work closely with company directors and other senior members of the team managing a portfolio of clients’ insurance programmes, looking for opportunities to grow the business.
- The successful candidate will manage a diverse range of new business enquiries and opportunities generated through a well-established network of introducers and referrals from existing clients.
- This business has a portfolio of long-term clients including businesses in Leisure, Hospitality, Haulage, Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering and some specialist markets.
- Working closely with the company Directors and Broking team the Account Executive will ensure that the clients receive an exceptional level of service.
- It is envisaged that the role will lead to structured progression to a more senior position as a Senior Manager or Account Director
Successful Candidates
- Experience of the Commercial Insurance market, whilst not essential, would be of interest.
- Successful candidates will ideally have Customer service, Account Management or New Business experience in a financial services or service business.
- Experience in a role servicing programmes in a fully advisory business, whilst not essential, would be of interest.
- Applications welcome from sales professionals looking to establish a career in the commercial insurance sector
- Well organised and comfortable working to deadlines with the ability to manage a wide range of tasks.
- An energetic professional with a positive mindset and good IT skills.
- Looking to build a long-term career; this role will lead to career progression to more senior roles.
