We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our client's team in Portsmouth. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside some of the most knowledgeable and passionate individuals in the automotive industry. As a Sales Executive, you will report to the Sales Manager and be responsible for meeting volume and profitability targets. You will maintain the highest levels of customer service, advise on products and services, and handle the ordering and handover of vehicles to customers.

Key Objectives of the Role:

• Achieve and strive to exceed all monthly and annual sales and associated product targets.
• Achieve maximum profitability on sales.
• Ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty.
• Ensure customer awareness of options, accessories, extended warranty, and finance facilities.
• Achieve industry-leading standards of customer care.
• Become a Brand Ambassador and develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, accessories, prices, and key features.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Excellent customer satisfaction skills.
• Confident communication skills.
• Compliance experience within a regulatory/process-oriented environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage customer appointments.
• Initiative and proactive follow-up to maximise every sales opportunity.

• Full UK driving licence.
