Sales Executive - Faith Recruitment : Job Details

Our client based in Weybridge are seeking a temporary Sales Executive to support their customers with queries and bookings. This role would suit someone with previous telephone based customer service experience and someone who enjoys a busy working environment!

Duties:

• Handle inbound calls and emails from customers
• Answer customer enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
• Amending bookings for customers
• Problem solve where necessary to ensure the customer has a resolution to any queries or concerns
• Discussing outstanding payments with customers

The successful candidate:

• Will have previous experience dealing with customers
• Will be able to work well towards deadlines
• Must be able to start a temp role immediately
