An exciting opportunity to work for an established and global company based in Luton as a Sales Executive. The successful candidate will have a confident telephone manner, and proven experience working within a call centre environment.
Previous sales experience isn’t a necessity, however the successful candidate will have experience in a phone based role and be confident making outbound calls to customers.
SKILLS REQUIREDExperience in a customer service, telesales or telemarketing role. Confident and upbeat telephone manner. Ambitious, enthusiastic, and pro-active.Excellent communication skills.Fast learner and the ability to work well on own initiative and as part of a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospecting to companies via telephone, email, and messaging, with the aim to book appointments. Qualifying leads and update the system with relevant information. E-mail marketing and calling campaigns. Tracking and reporting on the lead qualification process, and ensure all leads are followed up accordingly.Arrange and host online webinars and follow up with attendees.
