Do you have a creative flair and are you looking for your next Sales challenge?Reed is working with a specialist client who is looking to recruit a creative, proactive and customer-oriented individual to join their expanding Sales team to sell creative solutions.This role is ideal for someone experienced, driven, self-motivated with a flair for negotiation and project management.Day-to-day of the role:
- Process sales enquiries and potential leads via phone and email
- Converting leads to sales for bespoke orders.
- Communicate customer requirements to the Design Team
- Project manage various projects from implementation to completion
- Negotiate quotes and terms with customers
- Offer creative solutions to meet customer needs
- Provide comprehensive after-care support
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous Sales/Lead conversion experience
- B2B customer service
- Sales focussed
- Initiative to offer advice, recommend changes and formulate creative ideas.
- Good listening, organising and numeracy skills.
- Enjoyment of negotiation and the ability to close deals effectively.
- An interest in art, creativity, or design is advantageous, as the role involves discussing design briefs with customers.
