Our client is recognised as the UKs most trusted website design company and has been trading for over 20 years. They are a growing company with a fantastic office morale and the future looks bright!

Within this role you will sell business websites to small business owners and become a dedicated member of the sales department. 90% of the leads are warm, with existing interest from SMEs from a variety of markets wanting to gain information on how services could improve their existing website, or a build from scratch.

It’s a paperless office. CRM systems, telecoms and technology have been designed wisely to make you as efficient and productive as possible.

• Show the quality and value of our websites
• Match your prospect's needs with our processes, our products and our performance

About you

We are looking for someone who is:

• A true Salesperson

• Confident on the telephone / On video calls
• Commercially aware
• Tenacious and resilient
• Able to pick up website building concepts easily
• Experienced, with at least 2+ years’ of sales over the phone
• Able to challenge and build on a client’s thinking in a positive way
• Numerate experience with business software such as MS Office and CRM systems
• A proficient English writer and has perfect spoken English
• And most importantly a proven track record of closing sales over the phone

Salary - Basic of £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience with a realistic commission targets to bring this to £43K

Hours - Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm

Location - Office based, Caterham with parking available and 466 bus route nearby
