• Developing client relationships to ensure Membership continuity
• Striving to achieve company/personal annual targets
• Attending and contributing to team meetings
• Actively building growth through networking and social media
• Negotiate/close sales and handle objections
• Updating CRM system with customer information
• Reporting on KPI’s each month
• Assisting Members with claims enquiries

• A proven track record in sales/customer service
• Able to work to targets
• Confident in making outbound calls
• Highly determined & self-motivated
• Strong relationship building skills
• Ability to work well along-side others & alone as needed
