Job Description :

My client are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in telesales, particularly within the Security, IT, Networking, or Telecommunication fields. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both new and existing client relationships through a consultative sales approach.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Engage in outbound calling to generate leads and close sales over the phone.
  • Utilise a full consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proactively target new companies to expand client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and service.
  • Manage daily account responsibilities and coordinate sales admin tasks.
  • Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and company KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous telesales experience, preferably in a B2B environment within the Security, IT, Networking, or Telecommunication field.
  • Proven track record of outbound calling and cold calling.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish relationships quickly using a consultative selling style.
  • Highly sales-driven with a positive 'can-do' attitude and results-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
