Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 basic depending on experience OTE Year 1: £50,000 - £60,000Year 2: £90,000 - £120,000

The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll focus on generating new business opportunities with top-tier clients, including major developers, building contractors, engineering firms, architects, and government-backed organisations.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Proactively identify and create new business opportunities to drive company growth.
• Client Engagement: Connect with construction professionals via phone and email to understand their challenges and offer tailored solutions.
• Meeting Coordination: Set up formal meetings with decision-makers to present and sell our offerings.
• Referrals & Networking: Leverage leads and referrals from existing accounts to grow your client base.
• Activity Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of your sales activities and meetings in a CRM system.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B.
• Self-Starter: A proactive mindset with a sense of ownership for achieving results.
