Accounts Receivable Assistant

London, NW9

£27,500 + Pension

This is a very rare opportunity for a Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a highly professional Company where there will be plenty of responsibility and the opportunity to progress.

Some of your duties will include:

- Assisting with managing the sales ledger function and minimising the risk of bad debt

- Raising sales invoices and inputting payments received onto the accounts system

- Monitoring client accounts and ensuring that payment terms and conditions of business are met

- Dealing with any invoice queries that occur and ensuring all issues are promptly resolved

- Allocating payments received to clients account and preparing daily banking reports for the Accountant

- Reducing bad debt by identifying overdue accounts and chasing payments via telephone and email
