Accounts Assistant
  • Annual Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 FTE
  • Location: Windsor Great Park area (vehicle required)
  • Job Type: Part-time (25 – 30 hours per week)

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a team to support the Finance department by maintaining an efficient and accurate finance function. This role is integral to our operations, working closely with the Finance Manager and other team members.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Utilise Sage accounting software to manage financial records and transactions.
  • Maintain and update IT systems, including Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Word, to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Apply good knowledge of accounting procedures to support the finance function.
  • Contribute to the management of financial systems and processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Demonstrate a logical and methodical approach to work, with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Operate with minimum supervision, taking initiative and responsibility for tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge and experience of Sage accounting software.
  • Fully proficient in using IT systems, including Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
  • Good knowledge of accounting procedures and financial systems.
  • Demonstrates a logical and methodical approach with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Due to the remote location, the candidate must have access to a vehicle.
