Access's MPS (Manufacturing and Professional Services) division is a growing part of the Access Group and we are looking for a highly motivated and capable Sales Manager to strengthen our management team. You will have responsibility for growing our Manufacturing products in the UK by leading a mixed team of New Business Account Executives and Account Managers. You will support the MPS Sales Director and help set the strategy for the Manufacturing segment, working alongside our Marketing and Product teams to ensure we evolve our proposition, whilst consistently growing our existing client base and onboarding new logo customers. Day-to-day, you will:? • Be responsible for managing both New Business Account Executives and Account Managers, both from a performance and a personal development perspective• Drive net new business sales within your team and maximise revenue growth of your teams existing book of customers • Accurately forecast and achieve your monthly sales targets as set across your team• Provide direct support to your team in the closing of opportunities • Be accountable for the growth of the Manufacturing Products and Propositions, focusing on new business sales, cross-sell and upsell, in addition to the retention of existing customers • Identify and develop an understanding of the markets competitive offerings and how to compete and win against each of them• Collaborate with Marketing to drive always on' monthly lead generation campaigns• Report directly into the Sales Director for MPS and be a key contributor to the Divisional Sales Leadership TeamYour skills and experiences might also include:?? • Extensive leadership in a revenue building Sales Management role, preferably across ERP software• Track record of managing high-performing and high-growth sales team• Hands on approach and experience of leading a successful sales team, with detailed focus on performance metrics and consistent delivery of your monthly forecast, with clear accountability down to individual Account Executive/Account Management level• Experience of driving step-change in team capability and upgrading talent• A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding an annual sales quotaWhat are we all about??
