Sales Manager - GCB Recruitment : Job Details

Our client, a well-established independent Estate Agency is looking for a Sales Manager to join their expanding team in Birmingham. 

As a Sales Manager you will be a vital part of the Sales team, driving business forward and helping the team strive for KPIs. 

In return, our clients are offering the successful Sales Manager: 

• Up to £30,000 basic 
• £45,000 OTE 
• Parking at office 
• Career progression 

Working hours of a Sales Manager: 

• Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5.30pm 
• 1 in 2 Saturdays 9.30am – 4.30pm 

Ideally, to be considered for the Sales Manager role, you must have the following: 

• At least 2 Years’ experience in Property Sales 
• Full UK driver’s license 
• Highly organized 
• Proactive and outgoing 
• Driven and hungry for success 

Key tasks of a Sales Manager will include, but will not be limited to: 

• Marketing and promoting properties for sale 
• Monitoring sales as they proceed and assisting where necessary with the after sales department 
• Keeping up to date with market trends in the local residential property market 
• Going out and winning new instructions 
• Carrying out market valuations 
• Assisting with the management of the team
