Your new companyI have partnered upwith a global manufacturing business to recruit for a Sales Manager. They havea huge presence within their industry and are looking to hire a successfulsales person to join the leadership team within the commercial side of thebusiness, to help improve and implement positive changes going forwards.Your new roleAs a Sales Manager,you will be the main driver for the delivery of tangible outcomes andimprovements within the commercial side of the business.Ideally, you will haveexperience in:

• Leading continuous initiatives to improve commercial excellence
• Business Development or client facing positions.
• Managing sales pipelines, reporting on trends and managing internal sales dashboards
• Continuous improvement within the sales process using previous knowledge and experience

What youwill get in return

• Up to £95,000 basic salary plus a 15% bonus
• Hybrid working pattern of 3 days in office and 2 days from home
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays & the ability to buy and sell holiday days
