Sales Manager - Alma Personnel : Job Details

Our well-established client in the Walsall area are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Main duties of the Sales Manager role include:

• Manage the sales team
• Act as a hands on member of the team, generating new business opportunities
• Implement sales strategies and analyse trends
• Manage customer accounts and build relationships
• Liaise with customers on a daily basis and ensure their needs are met
• Follow up on leads and upsell where possible

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous Sales Management experience
• Have excellent IT skills
• Be a strong and confident communicator
• Must have a full UK driving licence

This is a full time, permanent role and is fully office based.
