As part of their strategic growth in central London, they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop their sales team and drive revenue growth.

Role Overview:

The Sales Manager will oversee account management and new business teams. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can inspire and motivate the team, set performance targets, and significantly improve revenue generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, particularly in data sales, and a proven ability to manage large, complex deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 9 new business professionals.
  • Set KPIs, monitor team performance, and ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Foster a strong sales culture focused on accountability, high performance, and collaboration.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and work to close large-scale deals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to create and execute sales strategies aligned with the company's growth plans.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to equip the team for success.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, with a focus on delivering data-driven solutions to clients.

Required Experience:

  • Proven success in a Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Experience in financial services, data sales, or business intelligence is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow sales teams, set KPIs, and drive team success.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience managing complex sales cycles and high-value deals.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Experience in creating and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
