This role would suit someone with previous experience in the Protection market. - Manage and develop your team to achieve protection business objectives and targets
- Act as an escalation point for the sales team and represent distribution within the Protection business
- Build senior relationships with distribution partners to support strategic goals
- Provide leadership and foster a culture aligned with values, enhancing team performance
- Monitor team activity and address issues to ensure compliance with standards
- Oversee training plans and collaborate with the Head of Sales on team targets and incentive structures
About you:
- Strong understanding of the protection market with technical knowledge of products, legislation, and terms
- Proven ability to develop team skills through coaching, mentoring, and providing growth opportunities
- Sales management experience with a strong commercial focus and relationship-building skills
- Completed a GR1 qualification, or FPC 1&2 and RO5 certifications
