Sales Manager - Talenthire Group : Job Details

Our client is a global construction supplier, looking for a Sales Manager to join their team.

This is a field based role.

As the sales manager for the construction chemicals in the UK, you will need strong experience in the tile and tile-adhesives market. The task is to develop strategies and plans to enter the UK market with the specific brand and / or possible additional products . Then to execute the plans and manage their implementation. The strategies will be jointly developed with the UK sales manager, the EMEA mortar director and MD of the product. The goal is to establish the product as a recognized brand for specialists and professionals in the tiling market and to profitably grow sales and share to create value.

Experience

• Degree or degree level thinker
• At least 3 years’ experience in business management positions with responsibility for P&L or Income
• At least 3 years’ Experience in tile adhesive mortars
• At least 5 years Tile distribution channel market dynamics
• High level negotiation skills and team management skills.
• Entrepreneurial character
• The role will involve ad hoc international travel
