£45-55k + Bonus
Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to working with a well-established food solutions business trading company based in East Yorkshire, who are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join their team. This role is perfect for a driven individual with a strong background in the food solutions industry, particularly in selling into wholesalers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth within the wholesale market.
- Actively manage and nurture existing accounts to ensure long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential wholesale clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market share.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive account management and business development.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfilment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with meat, fish or poultry would be essential, with a focus on selling into wholesalers.
- A track record of successfully hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the meat supply chain and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, hungry for success, and results driven.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
