As Sales Manager, you will build and maintain customer relationships to produce a sales pipeline that aligns with the company’s strategic plans. You will be a proven strategic leader with proven experience in a similar B2B role. Responsibilities of the Sales Manager:
- Building and maintain robust relationships whilst identifying areas for growth
- Coordinating between sales and operations for a seamless customer journey
- Managing pricing and contract negotiations ensuring profitability
- Executing the company’s strategic plans ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction
- Monitoring customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement
- Reporting on sales activities for SLT
- Developing a high-performance culture
Skills Required:
- Business development experience (B2B)
- A background within Engineering, Manufacturing or FMCG (desirable)
- Team player
