Experienced Telesales Manager
Someone from a 'numbers game' background.
Experience within automotive would be beneficial but not essential - other industries include education, rental, leasing, recruitment, professional services
Experience managing team leaders would be great but not essential
An influencial candidate with great leadership - someone who can respectfully and maturely manage a team
Someone data driven who can produce reports to analyse performance
A player coach at the start - prove they can sell before leading the team to the next level
Someone with a thick skin who can work within a fast paced / exciting / stressful / demanding environment
£60-80k basic + OTE + benefits
