Tonic is searching for a Sales Manager to continue the success of this unique events venue. You will ideally bring experience of managing a sales team and be a source of new ideas and initiatives for further business growth. Experience of success within the MICE sector would be strongly advantageous. You will ideally bring a successful track record in both reactive and proactive sales.

What are we looking for from the successful Sales Manager?

• You will ideally have experience in a high-quality venue within the Midlands
• Experience of winning large-scale (600pax) events business
• Experience of managing a sales team
• A successful track record within the MICE sector
• Corporate event experience.
• Ability to interact with key stakeholders.
• High visibility, a brand ambassador.
• Open-minded, adaptable and flexible.
