Our state-of-the-art facility in Cambridge offers temperature-controlled storage solutions, secure access, and 24/7 monitoring, giving our clients peace of mind.We’re uniquely positioned in the market, with all the necessary licences, accreditations, and in-house logistics infrastructure and fleet of vehicles to respond swiftly to customer needs. With these solid foundations, we’re now looking for a new Sales Manager to join our team, to grow and develop our offsite biobank and disaster recovery services. The Role

• You will lead the sales effort to expand our client base and revenue for temperature controlled off-site storage and disaster recovery solutions.
• The role location is flexible with hybrid working. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive growth
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with life science and biotechnology customer
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager in the life sciences or biotechnology sector is essential
• Strong knowledge of the industry and an understanding of biobanking or related fields 
• A proven ability to deliver sales growth and achieve targets
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
