• Basic Salary: £25,000 (+ guaranteed earnings in the first 3 months)
• On Target Earnings: £35,000 - £55,000

About the Role:As Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind sales success in a dynamic, customer-focused team. Key responsibilities include:

• Valuing properties and advising clients on how to showcase their homes for the best results.
• Managing and progressing sales with minimal hassle for clients.
• Generating new business leads, identifying opportunities, and nurturing relationships.
• Supporting the Branch Manager by motivating the team, running meetings, and coaching.
• Keeping up to date with market trends and sharing your knowledge with the team.
