Sales Manager (Estate Agency) -  Fulham, Broadway -  £80,000 OTEOur client is a market leading Estate Agency in Fulham and Surrounding areas. They are seeking an energetic, dynamic experiences Senior Sales Negotiator, lister or number 2 looking to make that next stepOur Client needs 

• A Strong lister, track record of drivng instructions and listing 
• Some exerience of managing a team 
• 60% Listing 40% Selling role 

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for:

• Helping to achieve the branch targets for the office.
• Accountability for delivery of the collective objectives including profitability, improved market share and increased group value.
• Professionally dealing with clients and customers in all aspects of estate agency, including market appraisals, property listings, sales progression and negotiations, ensuring that this is in line with the company sales process

In return you will receive:

• Basic Salary of £35,000 plus Car allowance
• Realistic OTE £80,000
• 6 month guarnatee
