We're looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Manager to lead new business growth while expanding sales with existing customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading suppliers and premium brands, manage your own territory, and earn an uncapped bonus based on performance!
What You’ll Do:
?Drive New Business & Sales Growth – Identify and convert new customers while maximising opportunities with existing accounts.?Manage Your Own Territory – Focus onpubs, hotels, bars, golf clubs, and leisure venues, building a strong pipeline of new and repeat business.?Develop Long-Term Customer Relationships – Build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring they benefit from our market-leadingsupplier network and category expertise.?End-to-End Sales Process – From first meeting to active trading, confidentlynegotiate, close deals, and manage accounts for sustained success.?Collaborate with Internal Teams – Work closely with ourfield-based procurement team, Customer Service, and senior management to drive revenue and member engagement.?Uncapped Bonus Potential – The more you sell, the more you earn—this role offers clear and achievable career progression with no earnings limit!
What We’re Looking For:
??Proven Field Sales Experience – A strong track record infood & drink, hospitality, catering, or leisure industry sales.??Relationship-Building Skills – Ability to developlong-term, trust-based client relationships with new and existing customers.??Commercial & Negotiation Expertise – Confidence in handlingend-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals.??Industry Knowledge – Understanding of the UK’scatering, licensing, and leisure sectors to offer relevant solutions.??Self-Motivated & Target-Driven – A proactive, results-oriented mindset with apassion for business development.??Excellent Communication Skills – Strongverbal and written abilities to engage clients and internal teams.??Tech-Savvy & Organised – Proficiency inMS Office (Word, Excel) and ability to learn internal CRM systems.??Full UK Driving Licence – Essential for client visits in this field-based role.
