Responsible for selling our outsourced back-office solutions to recruitment businesses and supplier organisations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of our product offerings, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Skills, knowledge, and experience required
Sales Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers through various methods, including cold calling, email outreach, marketing leads and networking.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our outsourcing products and their value proposition to effectively communicate with prospects and customers.
Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers to showcase the benefits and features of our SaaS solutions.
Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and challenges and provide tailored solutions by aligning our back-office offerings with their specific requirements.
Lead Management: Qualify and manage leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing relationships.
Negotiation and Closing: Work with potential clients to address objections, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close sales deals.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns.
Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and results using a CRM system and provide regular sales reports to management.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
