Location: London, UKSalary: Up to £30,000 + commission incentives on topContract: Full Time | Permanent Working Hours: Mon - Fri. 9am- 6pmRole Overview: The Sales and Marketing Assistant will support the Managing Director in ensuring smooth and efficient sales progression while assisting with marketing efforts to promote properties and attract business. This role involves managing transactions, maintaining client records, coordinating marketing materials, and providing administrative support.Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Progression: Support the sales process by liaising with solicitors, agents, brokers, and clients to ensure timely completion of transactions.
- Listing Management: Coordinate and manage property listings on online platforms, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
- Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, provide updates on sales progress, and deliver excellent customer service.
- Sales Documentation: Prepare and review sales-related documents, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client, lead, and sales data.
- Marketing Support: Assist with marketing efforts, including property brochures, advertising boards, mailers, and online campaigns.
- Viewing Coordination: Schedule and organize property viewings as required.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the Managing Director, ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales & Marketing Assistant, Sales Progressor, or similar role in the property sector, preferably within development, investment, or land sales.
- Experience using Canva and other marketing tools would be highly beneficial.
- Experience using Reapit would be advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of the UK property sales process and AML compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships and expectations effectively.
- Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Proficiency with property CRM systems and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
- Background in property development, investment, or estate agency.
- Familiarity with the property sales process and relevant compliance requirements.
- A professional qualification in real estate or property management is desirable.
