Your expertise in digital marketing and social media will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media management, and content marketing to enhance brand visibility.
  • Content Creation: Write and curate engaging content for our website, newsletters, and social media platforms, showcasing our care homes and their activities.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilise data analytics to track marketing performance metrics, assess campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies for better conversion rates.
  • Project Management: Organise and manage multiple marketing projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met while delivering high-quality results.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Generate innovative marketing concepts and campaigns that resonate with our target audience and promote our mission.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and the public through excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain partnerships with senior management, home managers, suppliers, and marketing partners to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Sector Knowledge: Leverage your understanding of the care home sector to tailor marketing strategies to meet specific regulatory and audience needs.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize marketing tools and software, including CMS platforms and graphic design tools, to enhance our marketing efforts.
  • Strategic Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, monitor expenses, and collaborate with directors to ensure effective and cost-efficient spending.
