Sales Negotiator - Finchley Central N3 - Bastow Irwin Recruitment Limited : Job Details

A great opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join our independent client based in Finchley Central N3A minimum of One years Sales Negotiator experience, along with charisma, determination, energy and an outgoing personality are a must for this vibrant and forward thinking company. Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

• Canvassing activities to generate new business
• Coordinating and carrying out property viewings
• Learn how to effectively market properties to attract potential buyers
• Matching prospective buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly
• Maintaining regular contact with buyers, vendors and other relevant parties
• Learn how to guide buyers and vendors through the sales process from offer to legal completion
• Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis
• Dealing with and tying up offers
• A track record of dealing with sales progression
• Excellent telephone manor

Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm every Saturday 9.00am to 4.00pm with a day off in the week (5 day week) One Saturday off per month.
