Collins Property Recruitment is working with a fast-growing, Estate Agency in the Richmond borough. This dynamic Estate Agency has developed an amazing local reputation which has been built on trust and open communication, this has led the way to them becoming the go to agent in the area. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join their dedicated team. Ideally suited to someone with at least 6 months Estate Agency experience. Key responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator:

• Work alongside the Sales Manager and a dynamic team in promoting the business.
• Generating, organising and conducting property viewings.
• Negotiating offers with the assistance of the team.
• Liaising with buyers, sellers and associated solicitors to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective buyers and vendors.
• Maintain and update the company database.
• Passionate about providing first class customer service and developing professional relationships.
• Regular canvassing activities to generate new business opportunities.

Required skill sets for Sales Negotiator:

• Ideally 6 months experience in Estate Agency.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and positive attitude.
