We are seeking a dynamic Sales Negotiator to join their team and help support the Branch Manager in driving the company's success.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Negotiator:

• Applicant registration and maintaining an accurate database
• Business development through generating valuation, mortgage, and solicitor leads
• Booking and conducting property viewings
• Updating and managing data in the CRM system
• Negotiating offers to ensure the best outcome for all parties
• Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process

What You Need to Succeed as a Sales Negotiator:

• Proven sales experience in estate agency
• Outstanding customer service and telephone communication skills
• Strong drive, determination, and a results-oriented mindset
• A full, clean driving licence and own vehicle
• Ideally based near Maldon, Essex

What's on Offer:

• Competitive base salary up to £20 - £22,000 pa (depending on experience)
• Pooled office commission structure
• Realistic OTE of £35,000 + per annum
• Mileage paid
