An experienced Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent is sought for this highly successful independent Estate Agency in the Eastbourne area.

The perfect candidate will have some previous experience in Estate Agency and have the ability to generate and win business whilst consistently providing exceptional client service.

Skills required for this Sales Negotiator – Estate Agent role will include:

• Previous residential sales experience beneficial
• Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
• High level of customer service skills
• Great telephone manner and positive attitude
• Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the local area helpful
• Full UK Driving Licence and car essential
• A desire to succeed and be the best!
