One of London’s longstanding independent estate agency brands, renowned for operating at the top of the property market, is starting 2025 with a major recruitment and expansion drive. This brand, which dates back to the 18th century, is making a rare hire for one of its flagship offices in Highgate. This office covers an exceptional area, including locations such as Dartmouth Park, Muswell Hill, Highgate, Kenwood and Whitehall Park and surrounding areas.

They are looking to hire a Sales Negotiator to join a prime position in their stunning offices. With a leading package, an industry-best commission structure, and countless opportunities for career progression, this is a role not to be missed in the sector.

• Basic salary dependent on experience, with £65,000+ realistic on-target earnings in Year 1
• Personal and pool commission opportunities
• Tiered commission structure of 12%-25%
• High average fees, enabling negotiators to earn exceptional commissions quickly
• A minimum of one year of sales experience
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (a car allowance will be provided to cover costs).
