Sales Negotiators Required for our Offices in Sidcup Kent DA14 / Deptford SE8

Salary Basic £22-26k with OTE £40k depending on experience

We have an exciting new opportunity from an organisation who require a Sales Negotiator in their offices in Sidcup Kent DA14 and Deptford SE8 office.

About the role of Sales Negotiator

• This is an all-round role, so you will be working close with the manager learning and gaining experience in all the aspects including land, touting, sales, new homes and admin.
• This Organisation want someone who is looking for a challenge to grow and learn every detail of sales in property.
• Experience in sales is essential however not necessarily in estate agency.
• Must be self motivated, driven and willing to work hard to get results.
• Anyone who wishes to sit at their desk waiting for business to land on their lap please walk away!

Sales Negotiator requirements

• Must have experience in sales (in Estate Agency would be ideal)
• Proven track record
• Admin skills
• Good telephone manner
• Happy to work alone when required
• Must be driven
• Willing to learn.
• You must own and drive a car and live close

Sales Negotiator details of work

• 5 day week
• Monday to Friday 0830 to 1800 Saturdays 0830-1500
• 20 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays in lieu
